What is CuckoldLand.com?

CuckoldLand.com provides a venue for people to watch, host and stream their interracial, cuckold and hotwives videos, being compliant with the terms of use of this website) . Anyone can view and share videos, and premium members can upload videos and use other features (unless specified differently, in the Terms Of Use).


How do videos get featured?

Featured videos can displayed by default based on the number of hits and rating a particular video receives or directly assigned by the website administration. A user cannot assign a featured video, as this would result in every user featuring his own videos and bloating this way the relative content pages of the website.


The website keeps asking for password and login even though I put in my username and password correctly.

This could be due to the way cookies are set to be handled on your system, so here are the steps to check your cookies for your browser.

1. Go to the Tools menu
2. Choose "Internet Options"
3. Select the "Privacy" Tab
4. Choose "Advanced"
5. First and Third Party Cookies should be set to "Accept".


The steps described above are for Internet Explorer^TM, but should be similar for other browsers. In any case, we strongly reccomend using a modern, web standards-compliant open-source - based browser, such as Mozilla Firefox and not a closed-architecture obsolete browser other companies may provide, because such pieces of software are often deprecated in terms of web standards support and usability.

How do I change my password?

1. Login to your CuckoldLand.com account.
2. Click on the 'Profile' link, located in the User Panel (top right of the page).
3. Enter the new password in the 'Password' and in the 'Retype Password' fields.
4. Click the 'Save changes' button at the bottom of the page.


I forgot my password. How can I log back into the site?

Can I change my username?

No. The user name can not be changed.


What are "tags"?

Keywords assigned to videos are called "Tags". The purpose of tags is to help describe or identify a video. Tags help you label videos you upload so that other people can find them more easily.


How do I remove/delete a video?

To remove/delete one of your videos, simply log in to your account and click on "My videos" link, located in the user panel (top right of the page) or go directly to http://www.cuckoldland.com/my_video.php and click on the "Delete this video" button, next to the video you would like to remove. You can only delete videos that YOU have uploaded.


How do I find videos of interest to watch?

1. By clicking on the Videos link (top left of the page) a list of features and ways become available to you, by which you can find videos of interest. In the Videos page, you can view Most Recent, Most Viewed, Most Discussed, Top Favorites, Top Rated, Recently Featured or Random videos, by clicking on the appropriate link.
2. If you know what you're looking for, you can search for videos using the Search box.
3. You can also use the Channels link (top left of the page) to browse the site to find videos in a more specific area (for example, "Music" or "Funny").
4. By subscribing to a particular member of interest, you'll be notified whenever they upload new videos.
5. You can also use the Search box and Users link to search for videos submitted by a particular member.

Q. How can I watch downloaded FLV files on my PC?
A. We recommend you to use VLC player for FLV files, you can download it for free on http://www.videolan.org/vlc/ and it work with Windows, Mac OS X and Linux

Q. How can I watch DVDs on my PC/MAC?
A. You can use standart Windows Media Player for Windows (you can get latest version on http://www.microsoft.com/windows/windowsmedia/player/10/default.aspx) or Quicktime Player for Mac OS X (You can download it on http://www.apple.com/quicktime/download/). Also You can use VLC player for Mac OS X, Windows and Linux: http://www.videolan.org/vlc/

Q. How can I watch FLV files on my iPod (PSP, smartphone, TV etc)?
A. You need to convert FLV files to MP4 or other suitable format, on Windows you can do it with Any FLV Converter (http://www.any-flv-converter.com/), for Mac OS X we recommend to use Leawo FLV converter (http://www.leawo.com/flv-converter/)

Q. How can I cancel my premium membership?
A. Premium membership can be canceled here: http://www.zombiao.com .Your account would be switched to a Free version.

Q. I'm concerned about my privacy. How will I be billed?
A. A discreet charge ... will appear on your monthly account statement. IOBilling name and link won't ever appear so your privacy is secured. The data that was recorded when you signed up is used only by our tech and billing support staff. We never sell or give away your personal information to third parties and will never contact you via postal mail services.

Q. My access isn't working. How can I get it fixed?
A. If you are unable to log into CuckoldLand, first make sure you're entering the correct username and password. If it still doesn't work and you receive error "invalid login or password", please contact us .

Q. I've uploaded a video, when it would be up?
A. Your video needs to be converted and moderated, usually it takes ~2 days, sometimes longer. Please be patient.

Q. Why was my video/photo deleted?
A. We remove videos and photos that violate our terms. Never upload:
- Copyrighted videos/photos or videos/photos you haven't rights to post
- Watermarked videos/photos (people don't like them)
- Videos/photos with shitting, pissing, pooping etc
- Videos /photosinvolving animals
- Videos/photos involving underaged persons, also videos/photos with persons looking young (even if they are 18+ but look like they are younger)
- Videos/photos with violence (rape or something that looks like rape)
- Incest videos/photos or videos/photos with incest-styled titles
- Very bad quality videos/photos

Also we remove reposts and broken files (where was error with conversion)

Q. I uploaded video and i see status errorconv for it, what does it mean?
A. It means that your codec wasn't recognized by our system, please reconvert file to another format. Supported file types are mpg, avi, mpeg, wmv, 3gp, mp4, mov, asf, flv , avi and wmv would be the best choice.

Q. I uploaded video and i see status repost for it, what does it mean??
A. It means that your file was posted in the past (may be it even was deleted, so it's not original one).

Q. I uploaded video and I see status moderation for it, what does it mean??
A. It means that your video is waiting for moderation (usually it takes 1-2 days). If it's okay it would be up soon.
Q. I can't change category for my video, what can i do?
A. We don't allow to change categories for videos from men channel, please post solo men vids only to men section

Technical Questions:

Q. How can I see videos?
A. Our player requires the Flash-Plugin Version 10.1 or higher. Please download and install the latest Version, then restart your browser. We recommend you to use Firefox.
Please check if you have any ad blocker or ref blocker programs or extensions, it can block our player.
If you have problems please first reboot your computer, if it doesn't help please save page with video from your browser into a html file (you can see how to do it here: http://www.ehow.com/how_2276520_save-web-page-as-file.html) and send it to us for investigation.

Q. The movie keeps stopping while I'm watching it. What is wrong?
A. It may be due to your connection speed, you need 600+kbps speed to watch all videos properly. Also it can be due to a server overload on our side. We are working to keep our servers fast.

Q: I can't log in
A. It can be if your account was closed (in this case you can see status "inactive" on it's page) or if you have cookies disabled.

Q. I have no sound, how can i fix it?

Q. Every time I make a selection I get an error box which reads "An unhandled exception occurred in a third pary module and will close"
A. Please uninstall ANT toolbar, it's the reason of that error.
